Glencore says plans to close sale of RussNeft stake till July

MOSCOW, Feb 15 (PRIME) -- Swiss trader Glencore plans to close a deal to sell its stake in Russian oil company RussNeft until July, the trader said in a report on Tuesday.

“In December 2021, Glencore agreed to sell its stake in RussNeft. Closing of the deal depends upon receipt of some permits from regulators and is anticipated in January–June 2022,” Glencore said.
